1. Virtual customer advisors for Insurances in internal service (80% - 100%)
You accompany our bank customers during the consulting process via video call, telephone or email on the subject of insurance. As a sales-oriented personality, you will enjoy bringing innovative insurance products that are not available on the open market closer to a discerning clientele. However, customer contact does not end with the offer process itself. Rather, you accompany the customer as the central contact throughout the entire customer relationship cycle. To this end, we act on behalf of the bank and make no cold calls, lead acquisition or outbound telephony.
You are a certified insurance intermediary (or equivalent)
You have several years of experience with health insurance in the private customer segment.
Experience with property and life insurance is a plus
You advise our private customers via email, telephone or chat
You are a customer- and service-oriented personality
You have a flair for sales and advice
You are a team player, communicative, able to work under pressure, flexible and have a high willingness to serve.
You communicate in English, French or Italian, both spoken and written
